Making A Purchase *Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. *After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. *We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered and that we are processing your order. This is not an order acceptance from Jazz It Up. *Order acceptance and the commencement of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it before despatch. The display of items for sale on our website is only an invitation to treat. Simply select to pay by credit/debit card. Back Orders Occasionally an item may sell out before we can update the website. Generally these items are already on order with the suppliers and should be back in stock soon. If an item is not in stock we will aim to notify you within 24-48 hours whereby we will offer you the choice of : putting the item on back-order for despatch as soon as it comes into stock, a refund/cancellation for the item or the chance to choose alternative item/s instead. Payment is taken after 5 days if you decide to put the item on backorder. |

Online payments and financial data Online payments are made through the secure website of our Payment Service Provider (PSP). The PSP is Worldpay. Worldpay is PCI-DSS compliant to the highest level, ensuring that your card details are secure. We never see your full card details because you enter them directly through the PSP website. Offline payments and financial data We will not collect and store your bank account number or card details. If you pay by cheque we show the cheque number and your branch sort code on our invoice for your reference. If you pay by bank transfer we show the payment reference, if any, on our invoice. Your right to rectification In accordance with article 16 of the GDPR, if you notice that we have stored any of your personal data incorrectly, please let us know and we will correct it straight away. Returns Policy * We offer a simple 14 day returns policy. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return if possible) within 14 days after day of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item back to us. We will then issue you with either a full refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead should you prefer. * We extend our policy above over Christmas for orders placed between 15 November to 15th December until 31 December, whereby an exchange for something else is offered if you are outside the 14 day period for refunds. * Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). Hermes courier have very good postage prices or Parcel Monkey / Parcel2go for large items. * Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know as soon as possible (and within 7 days at the latest) and arrange to post them back to us via My Hermes courier (simply book it through their website). We will reimburse you these standard delivery return postage costs, but not any extra costs if you decide to return via a premium service offered by a courier ie. Parcelforce 24 or 48 hour, or next day courier etc....you would cover the premium costs over and above the standard Hermes postage costs. If you do not inform us as soon as possible after delivery, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. * Returns must be in original condition as you received it. * Fusion glass items are unique so no 2 items will be identical (please bear in mind if ordering 2 basins for the same bathroom!). Sizes are approximate and may vary very slightly as they are handmade (4% max variance). * Metal wall art can in some instances vary in colour slightly as some are handpainted/hand finish. * Items such as clocks, canvas arts and wood/metal backed mirrors are not suitable for bathrooms or water humid rooms. * Most items are in their own card box, though some may be supplied loose. No item comes in gift packaging or gift box unless stated. * If returning a glass item, extra insurance would be recommended. * Jazz It up can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full. * By placing an order you agree to these terms above.
